We feel strongly that you shouldn’t have to compromise on the quality of house design or building or wait an interminably long time to start living in your new home. Our unique range of pre-designed homes encapsulates our passion for good design and construction and leverages our established experience in determining what works. By utilising preconfigured approaches and materials, Takeaway Home are cost-effective, produce minimal waste and are delivered quickly (within 12 months).

Homes connect to outdoor spaces, are solar passive, feature cross-ventilation, framing views and privacy, summer shade, and utilise grey water, solar power and rainwater treatment utilities.

Custom Design

Loop Design & Build Custom Homes are our premier tailormade range of homes –providing you the full flexibility to select from a broad range of elements to meet your personal living requirements and the specifics of your build site.  

Custom Homes are particularly beneficial if you require unique additional or flexible elements for your living situation. For example, if your family structure requires multiple room options, or you anticipate your future living needs to change.  

Custom Homes are also used for complex building sites, such as where the orientation, aspect or slope are challenging for a standard build. Loop Design & Build design fundamentals include northern orientation, cross-ventilation, summer shade, framing views and privacy. Where the building site precludes us from simply meeting these design fundamentals, a bespoke home is required.
